Greetings from the Sacred Heart Church Office! I have worked for our parish for about 14 years in several areas: religious education, SHS substitute teacher, after-school day care, RCIA, and other ministries. Currently, as the parish secretary, I assist parishioners with the following:
• New parishioner registration
• Contact information updates
• Baptism registration
• Sacrament certificate information and records (baptism, Holy Communion, confirmation, marriage, and funerals)
• Mass intention scheduling

As the Safe Environment Coordinator, I schedule the Archdiocese-required Virtus Training Workshops (“Protecting God’s Children” Awareness Programs) for parishioners and parents who wish to volunteer with or around children.
